We offer a range of workshop options to fit your organisation’s unique needs, including:

• Building on your existing governance content (around strategy, change and risk) to shape a focus on outcome, not activity. Supported with the GovernRight© Embed Platform our consultants work alongside your team to ensure alignment between management and board to support the Board to oversee and management to manage.

• Reviewing existing or building new content through one (or a series) of practical workshops with board and senior management of your organisation to help develop governance content (strategy, change and risk). Supported with access to the GovernRight© Build Platform, develop your governance content needed to elevate the board to genuine oversight, supporting management to manage to focus

Our Build workshops can be delivered to one organisation or, for smaller entities, join 3 or 4 other like-minded organisations (3-4 people from each) within your network, to share experiences and, develop your governance content
