The Professional Partner Group has aligned with C.P.M. Solutions, a leading adviser to professional services firms, to gain the experience of over 20 years in professional firm management.
C.P.M. Solutions’ highly qualified professionals are responsible for driving the Partners to achieve their stretch targets, as well as mentoring them with practical, real-life experience. Each client is assigned a Strategic Consultant, each of whom has at least 10 years experience in law firm management.
At a regular mentoring meeting, the Strategic Consultant interprets the financial drivers of profitability and motivates the team to achieve the agreed goals.
Using the How2 methodologies of C.P.M Solutions, The Professional Partner Group is able to position the firm for growth, and drive profitable growth, consistent with the Partners wishes.

Using our contacts and buying power we are able to supplement the strategic management with the business infrastructure necessary to efficiently operate the firm.
Support in the form of document management, IT, knowledge management, accounting, HR and general administration services are offered, allowing the fee earners to focus on efficient service delivery of their advice or service.
Each of our clients is also assigned a relationship Manager who is trained to systematically improve the internal business processes, as well as provide guidance and support to the designated ”Office Manager” in the firm. This person is responsible for linking the client firm to the required solution. Nothing falls through the gap.
