The Professional Partner Group is an initiative that brings together combined experience of over 40 years in the management of law firms. Our consultants have worked closely with a number of law firms and have gained considerable insight into the efficient management and strategic drive of law firms.
Simon Neaverson is the founder and Managing Director of The Professional Partner Group. Simon has over 20 years of experience in managing professional practices both as a senior executive and under his own banner. Simon is a qualified chartered accountant, a recognised expert in law firm management, and lectures on behalf of the Australian Institute of Company Directors in Board performance and business strategy.
The Professional Partner Group is based in Sydney although its system has Australia wide application.
